Moisture Elimination
Polymer bonds with clay fines to permanently seal the subgrade against water ingress — the primary cause of road failure.
Increased CBR Values
California Bearing Ratio improvements of 200–400% are routinely achieved, dramatically increasing structural capacity.
In-Situ Stabilisation
Existing pavement materials are reused on-site, eliminating costly cartage and reducing construction waste.
Extended Service Life
Treated roads demonstrate 3–5× longer service life compared to untreated granular pavements under equivalent traffic loading.
Reduced Carbon Footprint
No quarried aggregate import required. Lower transport movements and material consumption reduce embodied carbon significantly.
Rapid Construction
Full treatment and compaction completed in a single pass. Roads are trafficable within 24–48 hours of treatment.

Pavement Assessment
Geotechnical investigation determines existing material properties, plasticity index, moisture content and subgrade bearing capacity. Product selection and application rates are specified.
Scarification & Mixing
The existing pavement is scarified to the design depth (typically 150–300 mm). EcoSmart polymer is applied via calibrated spreader and mixed thoroughly with the in-situ material.
Compaction & Sealing
The treated layer is compacted to specification using vibratory rollers. A wearing course seal is applied to protect the stabilised layer from surface water and UV degradation.
